They call it AcroYoga. I call it gymnastics/cirque du soleil.

Minimally practice includes a base and a flyer; beginners (and those trying out advanced poses for the first time) often use a third party spotter to ensure the safety of the flyer.
Apparently, it is very much a type of massage.
I think I'll stick to jogging and touching my toes and the quad stretch.
