I am only going to assume that the leading competitor's product makes some kind of noise, such as a squeeking sound of some sort? Or maybe the "squishing" sounds gets annoying? Otherwise I have no clue how "Quiet" is a necessary selling point.
Maybe some people out there really need this and I'm being a brat about it. But I for one, don't really get it.

i'm married to a hairy white guy... trust me, some people really, really need this stuff! i'm going to order 6 pairs right now...
what about going to the doctor and getting a prescription--they have prescription strength anti-antiperspirant. or the pads are cool too...
I would agree. There are doctor-prescribed products out there that can do the job. And for as much as you would spend on a year's worth of these pads, i'm sure you would get a better deal on a doctor's prescription.
